Miguel Anguiano is a passionate Associate Attorney who exclusively represents injured clients in personal injury matters. With over a decade of education and hands on training, Miguel brings a well-rounded and deeply grounded perspective to every case he handles. He has worked his way up through the personal injury field – from legal assistant, to law clerk, to licensed attorney – giving him a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to fight for clients at every stage of litigation. Miguel is committed to meeting clients where they are, building cases from the ground up, and taking matters all the way to trial to secure just results for his clients.
As a young man, Miguel played varsity football and track in the Inland Empire. He quickly learned strong work ethic and consistency, which continue to define his legal practice. He later earned his B.A. from the University of La Verne, where he also served as Vice President of his fraternity. He quickly showed an aptitude for leadership and drive, as evidenced in his ability to organize events and draw community engagement. Miguel’s confident presence, approachable demeanor, and clear communication style allow him to connect easily with people and advocate effectively for his clients.
Miguel further honed his advocacy skills at Western State College of Law, where he distinguished himself on the mock trial team, earned placement on the Dean’s List, and was awarded the CALI Award for the highest grade in Trial Advocacy, taught by renowned trial attorney William Shapiro, Esq. He was selected as one of only two students awarded an internship with OCTLA, where he received mentorship from leading plaintiff’s civil litigation attorneys. Miguel brings a true fire for the courtroom, and together with Jessica, forms a zealous and strategic team dedicated to fighting for client justice.
Miguel is an active member of the Orange County Trial Lawyers Association, Orange County Hispanic Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of the Inland Empire, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Orange County Bar Association.
