Mary Mina

Mary Mina has over 8 years of litigation experience, including 4 years on the defense side. As the senior paralegal at Castro & Company, APC, Mary helps Jessica in all aspects of litigation from the beginning of a lawsuit all the way to trial. She assists with drafting and filing lawsuits, law and motion, preparing discovery, deposition notices, mediation briefs, trial documents, and overall legal/case and trial strategy. She is an expert in all things litigation.

Mary is passionate, determined, resourceful and has a keen eye for details. Most notable is her ability to understand both sides of a case, find flaws in defense’s legal arguments as well as think of creatively unique theories of liability. Mary’s critical thinking has helped turn small policy limits cases into a multi-million-dollar settlements. For example, she was able to find additional liability against an HOA in an auto v. bike wrongful death of a minor that occurred in a privately owned neighborhood. She diligently analyzed the area of impact on google maps and observed a dangerous road condition, which led to pursuing the HOA and holding them liable for the incident. Mary is committed in securing the highest settlements or verdicts for our clients.
