Jessica is hands down the best lawyer I have ever worked with, I was in a motor scooter accident and had a different lawyer in the beginning but it was not a good fit for me and the second Jessica took over my case everything went so much smoother. Jessica is a true hero. By the time I met her, I had already been told by multiple other attorney's to accept my insurance's offer, and to be happy with it. I kept looking, because something didn't feel right, and I was grateful the law office took on my case when they did. I worked with them to build my case, and sure enough we eventually had to go to mediation. I was a lot nervous. I didn't know what to expect. Enter Jessica Castro, and instantly, I knew I would fine. Her energy is something else. She laid out her plan for mediation, and for a slight second, I thought she was frankly tripping, but I knew she had it, so I let it all ride. In the end, I got astronomically (!) more than the initial offer by MY insurance, the offer those other attorney's advised me to be thankful for. Jessica was/is exceptional only where it counts, because when I started to tear up, she turned into a supportive confidant. In my experience, I was very cautious of attorneys and the reputation they have of not caring about people as individuals but as money for a personal gain. I was scared to get involved because of most firms I spoke to, people were speaking at me and not to me. My husband and I spent so much time looking for the right attorney that would see us as people, not just clients. As soon as we met Jessica Castro, we knew she was the right fit for our family. I was rear ended by a commercial vehicle in 2014. I ended up with severe neck pain. I found El Dabe law firm on yelp. The case lasted for 2 1/2 years. The first year and a half was rough due to sometimes not being able to get ahold of my attorney and having to deal with what seemed to be the receptionist instead of my attorney. I wasn't receiving any updates as far as my case was concerned. HOWEVER, the last year of my case was assigned to an attorney at the firm named Jessica Castro. She was amazing at communicating and was there anytime I had questions. Jessica made me feel as if my case was a top priority for her.
