Premises Liability

Slip and falls and trip and falls are difficult cases. You have to prove that the owner/controller had an awareness “notice” of the unsafe condition on their property and failed to fix it, warn about it, or protect you from it. Common premises cases include grocery store incidents, shopping center incidents, and injuries in a home. If you sustain injuries at a business, make sure to take photographs of the unsafe condition and also make sure an incident report is taken.
