Courtney is new to the personal injury field, bringing with her a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication. Her education reflects both her drive and ambition, while her diverse professional background adds depth and versatility to her role at Castro & Company. In addition to her business expertise, Courtney is highly creative and holds a professional degree in patisserie and baking from the renowned Le Cordon Bleu. Before joining Castro & Company as an Executive Assistant, Courtney built experience across wedding and event planning, real estate analytics, and the banking and lending industry. Each of these paths sharpened her organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage complex moving parts; skills she now applies to supporting cases and bringing clarity to even the smallest details of each matter.
You may recognize Courtney by her bubbly voice on the phone or see her greeting clients as they arrive at the office. What stands out most, however, is her genuine passion for people and her kind, thoughtful nature. Motivated by a desire to do purposeful work, Courtney made the intentional decision to transition from finance to personal injury, where she can combine her business acumen with meaningful client advocacy. She approaches her work with precision, structure, and a results driven mindset, while remaining deeply committed to the human side of the practice.
Courtney is the youngest of four in a Hispanic family and the first to attend college – an experience that has shaped both her perspective and her determination. Outside of work, she is a self-proclaimed coffee enthusiast and lover of all things cozy, a bookworm with endless curiosity for travel and adventure, and a creative soul who can often be found baking or crafting something new simply for the joy of it.
