Alexis can best be described as courageous, fearless, and a true risk-taker. She learned her resilience from her family. With her Mexican immigrant roots, Alexis grew up watching her grandparents and parents work relentlessly long shifts – 12 hour days, 6 days a week. That work ethic and passion are deeply ingrained in Alexis and drive everything she does. She carries a deep gratitude for life and the ability to pursue happiness, which is evident in her contagious smile and the genuine care she shows every client she serves.
A true jack of all trades, Alexis brings a diverse and valuable background to Castro & Company, APC. Before joining the firm, she studied psychology at UC Irvine, mastered the art of coffee as a professional barista, and developed strong technical expertise across modern technology. Alexis entered the personal injury field in 2017, where she had the opportunity to work closely with COO Veronica Castellanos. Together, they successfully managed hundreds of cases for both English and Spanish speaking clients.
Alexis has extensive experience assisting clients through every stage of their case, including vehicle damage claims, medical treatment coordination, and negotiating medical bills as well as complex liens. Her tenacity and passion for justice have helped save clients hundreds of thousands of dollars while ensuring they receive the care and compensation they deserve.
Although Alexis has worked with high-volume “billboard” personal injury firms, she strongly opposes the mill-style approach to client representation. She is proud to be part of Castro & Company, a firm that aligns with her values. Alexis tactfully slows down and prioritizes being fully present to make sure she understands her clients & every matter of their case. Alexis uses her strong sense of justice, deep empathy, and expertise to creatively push the limits in her fight for our C&C clients.
Outside the office, Alexis enjoys crafting her own caffeinated creations, exploring the art of culinary cuisine from her kitchen, and spending time in nature with her beautiful baby boy and life partner.
